Huron Gun Collectors Inc.

Gun Show Rules:

All shows conducted by Huron Gun Collectors will be open to the general public unless by the vote of the majority of the show committee to the contrary.

No tables will be used by persons other than to whom they were rented, without permission of the rental chairmen.

No intoxicating beverages will be allowed on the show premises.

Display or sale of switchblade knives will be prohibited.

In the interest of safety, all clips must be removed from firearms, and no loaded clips, or loose ammo on tables.

Displays may be graded by the majority of the show committee or the elected Sgt. At Arms to ascertain the desirability of the table operation.

Not more than 10% of your table may have non gun related items on them.  In the event of a controversy as to what items can or cannot be displayed, please be advised that the security officer’s decision is final.

No display items will be allowed to hang past the aisle edge of your table.

No tailgating!! (No sales outside of building, no flyers may be distributed without permission of show committee.)

Vendors and dealers must stay for the entire show unless previously
approved by the president or the rental chairman.  No early break-down of displays.

All vendors / dealers must vacate premises by 6:00 p.m. Sunday.

 No concealed firearms allowed to be carried by any person, vendors or dealers, except for show security and police officers with badge and I.D.

Vendors are required to clean their area after each show.

 All Licensed vendors must bring a copy of their current FFL
and Sales Tax License, if you have one.

 Cancellations must be made by 8pm on the first Saturday of the month.

Dealers or venders not checked in by 8:30 am Saturday, will forfeit their tables, these tables will revert back to the club.

Dealers or venders are allowed no more than four passes/ badges, without rental chairmen’s approval.

Table rental fees must be paid prior to setting up.

The show committee retains the right to revoke any dealer/ vendor’s privileges without refund, for any volition of rules or regulation, or for any misconduct that the committee finds inappropriate.
